Card Man Stuff
by Al Leech
This is a sequel to the very popular and well acclaimed For Card Men Only by the same author.
If you like good card tricks that are well written and cleverly handled, then you'll be sure to want this book for your repertoire.
Partial contents:
John J. Crimmins mentioned in a magazine review: "None of the tricks are difficult, and the effects are clean cut and easy to follow."
We would note, however, that some degree of skill is necessary for the majority of these routines. This is not a book for beginners.
Magic legend J. B. Thompson said of this book, and we quote:"These are not the usual 'take-a-card-here-it-is' type, but rather, entertaining tricks which require only that the spectators relax and watch. The discerning performer recognizes early in his search for material that such effects are rare jewels and the finding of one that can be added to his repertoire is usually cause for rejoicing."
Author and performer Milbourne Christopher perhaps said it best: "Recommended enthusiastically to all close-up card conjurers!"
Originally sold for the equivalent of $18.00 in today's money.
Revised and updated edition with two added chapters and one new illustration.
